A tool that prepares, not one that acts
LexaDesk prepares work for your online shop — draft replies, order alerts and listing checks — and presents it for your approval. It is an independent tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Etsy, Inc.
- Every outgoing message is pressed by you.
- Drafts are suggestions, and they can be wrong.
- Cancel at any time; deletion removes your data.
You are responsible for what you send
Every message reaches a buyer because you pressed send. Drafts are suggestions, generated automatically, and can be wrong. Review them. You remain responsible for your communications with buyers, for your listings, and for following the policies of the marketplace you sell on.
Who you let in is up to you
Keep your sign-in secure and tell us if you think someone else has access. You may invite others to your organisation; what they can do is governed by the role you give them, and you are responsible for who you invite.
Billed in advance, cancel any time
Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through our payment provider. You can cancel at any time and keep what you paid for until the end of the period. The free trial requires no card and simply ends.
What you may not do with it
Do not use LexaDesk to send unsolicited bulk messages, to mislead buyers, to work around a marketplace’s own rules, or to process data you have no right to process.
What we can and cannot promise
We work to keep the service running but cannot promise it will never be interrupted, and platform APIs we depend on can change or fail. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to what you paid us in the previous twelve months.
Leave whenever you like
You can disconnect a shop or delete your organisation at any time; deletion removes its shops, orders, messages and drafts. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms.
